8 April - see how well they did!
Come and get arty for a day at a decorative workshop on the above date. You will get a real taste of acrylic paint while having fun, learning step by step, how to paint a beautiful waste paper bin, using strokework for the flowers, ribbon and berries. I will break each element down and demonstrate step by step.
We will be using the following brushes: a no 4 round, a no 10 flat, a no 10 angle, and a long liner. You will also need to bring some wet wipes and a sketch pad for practicing strokes.
Tea or coffee will be provided but please bring your own packed lunch. Do call me if you have any queries. I look forward to hearing from you!
A £20 deposit secures your space (non refundable unless it can be filled) and you can take the bin home to seal, sand and base coat in lamp black so we can get straight on with the painting on the day.

This class is for all levels decorative painting strokework I love. You will get a real taste of acrylic paint while having fun, learning step by step, how to add beautiful painted flowers and special effects to a unique and useful tissue box. Spaces are strictly limited to four.
Tea or coffee will be provided but please bring your own packed lunch. Please bring your own brushes and pallette, some wet wipes and kitchen roll. I do have supplies of brushes and paint available to purchase if required and all other materials for the project will be included.

teddy bear designed by Denise Girling, which I have slightly adapted.
Some of the techniques included are blending, shading,
highlighting, dry brushing etc.
The cost is £48 which
includes a surface to paint on and two brushes and your refreshments too. Please bring your lunch!
If you have your own brushes do bring them along. I do have
supplies of brushes and paint available to purchase if required.
